Voting Items:

• Coverage Requirements Discovery (CRD) primary sponsor: FM http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-crd/   PIE not co-sponsor
• Documentation Templates and Rules (DTR) primary sponsor: CDS http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-dtr/
• Risk Based Contract for member attribution (ATR) - PIE Co-sponsor
• Prior Authorization Support (PAS) primary sponsor: FM http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-pas/

Move to approve DTR ATR and PAS to publication - Bob D motioned,  Rachel Seconded. 9-0-0 approved

CRD next week FMG then TSC.  DTR goes to CDS tomorrow

then FMG,   PAS withdraw of negatives today and will go to TSC 

next week.  PDEX mapping Pat Taylor much to be fixed (hold 

publication request) then to FMG for quality check.   Payer coverage 

decision exchange (payer share as members move) sharing active treatment with new plan.

VOTE:  9-0-0 approved

CDex intent to ballot - need to determine how best to be more descriptive to allow for Attachments use of CDex…

1. a)  Add or enhance Scenario under TASK based approach  (10.3.6.3)
2. b)  Include HIPAA Tab on VSAC and / or HL7 UTG?

 We would like to use CDEX for attachments and add information for the next ballot (10.3.6.3) 

Eric Haas  - leading CDEX     We will need to make comments on ballot in Jan 2021.
