HL7  Anti-Trust policy

Professional Associations, such as HL7, which bring together competing entities are subject to strict scrutiny under applicable antitrust laws.  HL7 recognizes that the antitrust laws were enacted to promote fairness in competition and, as such, supports laws against monopoly and restraints of trade and their enforcement.  Each individual participating in HL7 meetings and conferences, regardless of venue, is responsible for knowing the contents of and adhering to the HL7 Antitrust policy as stated in s05.01 of the Governance and Operations Manual (GOM)

IHE SDC/eCC on FHIR - this is Project insight ID-1700

No new proposals.

Reviewed PSS  - The SDC/eCC on FHIR Electronic Cancer Checklist.  Made comment of no involvement from PIE WG at this time.

Mark made a motion to approve resolutions for block vote #5.  Durwin seconded the motion.

VOTE:  14-0-0

The 9 Digital Insurance Card UTG tickets will be deferred for future consideration.  The Vocab/Terminology groups still in discussions.

35160 - C4DIC coverage resolution being worked on.

34771 - Render metadata in table being worked on.  Maybe out of scope since version of Publisher in question.

35181 - Accommodate pharmacy benefit. Changed sentence, so ready for review on Thursday's call.  Met with NCPDP, will create second ticket.  Vote on block vote #6 at next meeting.
