    • Will look at building out the NutritionProduct resource similar to the medication resource
    • Once this resource is built out, the USDA database (FoodData Central: can possibly be used to access the nutrients on specific food items
    • The homework is to think about the characteristics of a food product that we might need to capture in a resource
    • Some current thoughts: texture, allergens (is this captured in another resource?), nutrients, etc.
      • These should be thought of in a higher categorical context and not as individual items (i.e. protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, etc. vs nutrients as the collective term)
