| Early Ballot: | The ballot comment spreadsheets for the early 2019SEP ballot cycle opening on Friday 2019-06-21 are available from www.hl7.org/documentcenter/public/ballots/2019SEP/downloads/ ballotcomments_spreadsheets_early_2019SEP.zip Early ballot sign up by June 20th. Comment period is from June 21st to July 22nd. Provider directory, Alerts, Prior Auth and Payer/Decision Exchange did not make it to the early ballot. They will be in the September ballot along with other Da Vinci ones. 2019. Sept Ballots: Aug 9 open | Rachel question: I’ve tried to get the actual ballots for the 4 FHIR IGs for the Da Vinci use cases and need some guidance. On the HL7 Ballot web page these 4 only have links to another web page and no download ballot document. On the web page this is what’s there. How do you process the Validator Pack so that there are usable and readable documents to review. Clicking on the Validator Pack returns a web page not found. | FAQs | Review Attachments FAQs and solicit Q/A from WG Russ asked for suggestions to submit questions and review answers for the FAQs. It is easy to edit. | |
| HL7 Fall 2019 Atlanta, Georgia on September 14 & 15, 2019 | Attendance Connectathon 22 May find it beneficial to attend/participate in the Connectathon. Laurie mentioned that the HL7 meeting in Atlanta takes place the same week as X12, then in January few will be able to attend in Australia. This means low workgroup attendance for the work being done jointly with Financial Management. | |
| Dental | ADA has put out new ANSI standard 1084. It is intended for CCD exchange of dental information. Added detailed dental data care summaries. Ground work for future use. Jean and Greg want to build an HL7 implementation guide for dental CCD as a possible project. See Christol’s notes. For dental provider to dental provider, may not be appropriate project for AWG. See 1084 document. Does not have templates for all data fields/elements. Will have to build. CDA Management group may have some templates. No PSS yet. Dental calls are Wednesdays at 2:30. | CDex, Some members of the Dental community framed the beginnings of the project they want to see developed. If they can attend it might be worth a brief discussion of how we recommend they go forward from here with regards to work group, etc. |
