Add a "resolveVersions" parameter to $data-requirements that indicates the result should determine the most recent version of any version-independent references and add those as version-specific references in the resulting module definition library
Add a "requireVersionSpecificReferences" parameter to the $release operation that indicates the release operation will throw an error if any version-independent references are found in the artifact
Add a "requireActiveReferences" parameter to the $release operation that indicates the release operation will throw an error if any "draft" or "retired" dependencies are found
Add an "owned" extension, usable only on relatedArtifact with a type of "composed-of" to indicate whether the artifact is "owned" by the asset collection (i.e. whether they are included in content management and have their date, version, and status updated as part of release, versus just considering them a dependency)
