Operating Committee(OC) Charge
Responsible for:
- Providing strategic input and advising the SC
- Ensuring key stakeholder perspectives across 6 groups guide the Gravity Project
- Reviewing proposed priorities and proposing new work
- Guiding workstream current activities including ideas, plans and deliverables, artifacts for standards development, and funding requests to be considered by the SC
- Facilitates staffing of projects with in-kind personnel from Members and others in the community
Six key Gravity stakeholder groups:
- Patients/Consumers*
- Providers
- Payers
- Health IT
- Social Service/Community Based Organizations (CBO)*
- Federal Government**
*Honorary (Selected) Members from denoted Stakeholder groups join the Operating Committee as voting members, through approval by the operating / steering committees and these seats will have annual review
