Professional Associations, such as HL7, which bring together competing entities are subject to strict 
scrutiny under applicable antitrust laws. HL7 recognizes that the antitrust laws were enacted to promote 
fairness in competition and, as such, supports laws against monopoly and restraints of trade and their 
enforcement. Each individual participating in HL7 meetings and conferences, regardless of venue, is 
responsible for knowing the contents of and adhering to the HL7 Antitrust Policy as stated in §05.01 of 
the Governance and Operations Manual (GOM).

Presentation by Jimmy Tcheng on Blood Pressure Management project for physician guided self-management of blood pressure based on home monitoring.  Noted this could be extended to remote home monitoring of other parameters such as continuous glucose monitoring.   Vote for CIC to sponsor PSS-2196 9 affirm - 0 against - 2 abstain.

  1. Russell Leftwich  I remember a discussion about moving the meeting time to be one hour earlier. Is this correct for next Thursday 5/25?  I think the current meeting description (here: http://www.hl7.org/concalls/CallDetails.cfm?concall=66002) and the Confluence calendar is still based on the previous time.
