Da Vinci Listserv Refresh

Da Vinci worked with HL7 to create listservs for the following use cases:

  • Burden Reduction (BR)
  • Clinical Data Exchange (CDex)
  • Member Attribution (ATR) List
  • Notifications
  • Patient Cost Transparency (PCT)
  • Payer Data Exchange (PDex)
  • Risk Adjustment (RA)
  • Value Based Performance Reporting (VBPR)

We have pre-populated the listservs with group members. Please review your subscriptions HERE. You will need to log into your HL7 account. Expand Da Vinci Project in the menu on the right-hand side of the page to view the new listserv options.

  • A new ticket from Jeff with a technical correction. Mark will review.
  • Mark will be fixing the public certificate, which addresses the other technical correction.
  • The remaining three tickets
  • In the endpoint resource, trying to create one or more extensions that can map the FHIR IG and the use case within that IG, that the endpoint resource is applicable to. The only thing we have in the examples is a string value. But really want to have an extension with a hard coded reference or value set to identify the particular IG and use case so that it could be searched from within the National Directory.
  • Also trying to create a description for workflow that will describe how mTLS acquisition of certificates would work, and related Trust Framework. Hoping to wrap this up in the next week or so.
  • JH: Are you saying that for those tickets, you are waiting to finalize STU2 until these content updates are done?
  • MS: Want to resolve these items for STU2. As soon as we finalize this version, we can define additional functionality needed for prior authorization and do an STU update. Draft page in current STU2 CI build. It hasn't been balloted, but pointing to member attribution and Da Vinci export option.
  • MS: That then leads us to UDAP. We'll go with mTLS now. But given what's happening in FAST/adoption of UDAP, do we look to UDAP to help us with connectivity requirements between payers. And can it support the provider API space as well.
  • RW: Overall concerns about the details - want to understand/agree on how we are moving forward with UDAP.
  • MS: Reached out to Luis Maas to work with him to understand the use case and how we can scope down access.
  • MS: There are also a number of gaps/requirements that also need to be addressed as part of the NPRM.
  • RW: Rules aren't always clear on when we would have to start collecting data. Who provided testimony on number of months to
