Antitrust statement:
Professional Associations, such as HL7, which bring together competing entities are subject to strict scrutiny under applicable antitrust laws. HL7 recognizes that the antitrust laws were enacted to promote fairness in competition and, as such, supports laws against monopoly and restraints of trade and their enforcement. Each individual participating in HL7 meetings and conferences, regardless of venue, is responsible for knowing the contents of and adhering to the HL7 Antitrust Policy as stated in §05.01 of the Governance and Operations Manual (GOM).

| Floyd moved and Juliet seconded a motion to approve the WGM minutes as written with no changes. Motion passed 11-0-0. |

Concern over band width in the CQI work group to be a successful co-sponsor of this work. CQI asking that Brian and others bring the work back to CQI as needed for modeling support. Ultimately decision was that as available, folks from CQI would attend as able. Bryn motioned and Peter seconded a motion to make CQI a co-sponsor of the project 16-2-0. PSS-2121 FluSurv-NET on FHIR the group reviewed and agree that becoming interest party was the most reasonable approach. |
