New PSS for review - PIE comments or interest

No new PSS to review.  Pulled up #1788 Pacio PSS, but PIE had already commented on it.
Mark RCARIN PSSMet with FM who agreed to be co-sponsor.  VOCAB to be an interested party.  FM suggested that CARIN avoid duplicate efforts by following  projects such as SMART Health cards.   Extensions will be used for such things as dependents and multiple co-pays.  There will be a CARIN connectathon next week.  Do not publish PSS until all approvals are met.  CARIN did post the Data Elements to be used in the mapping process.  Cille, with Humana, shared a JSON draft.  Also looking into adding bar codes in JSON.
