Eric Haas From 2/17: Review the newly proposed language from Kathleen on these related tickets:

Focus on any that may lead to HRex updates first - Eric will prioritize these for next week.

Discussion today:

FHIR-30837 - Getting issue details... STATUS  - Eric will follow-up with Hans.

FHIR-30489 - Getting issue details... STATUS  - Discussion around use of provenance and providing guidance with an example of how to do this if you want it.  An option is to specific codes for the example. If you have input query - fine; input code text - ask for whatever; Input code coding and send the LOINC code for the document type (e.g. history and physical; referral letter).  You'll get back the closest thing. Potential gotcha: Sent input.code and specified only a coding, but somehow got back a collection of medication requests or conditions not wrapped in a document to provide context.  If that was a likely scenario, then we'd want a coded way to ask for provenance. Background: Reason for provenance in the original guide was so that the payers would have an understanding of who claimed responsibility of the document.  Eric will take the guidance shared and work on this some more, then come back to the group when ready.
