      • Craig Newman here to represent the request
      • Lloyd asks if all tracker items that were in the ballot were also in JIRA. Craig isn't sure. Lloyd doesn't see that the spreadsheet was generated in JIRA and doesn't see ballot items loaded. Lloyd finds that the content is actually oaded - the question is how the spreadsheet was created from it. Craig isn't sure as Nathan completed it. Since the stuff is loaded it's not a blocker.

    • Paul notes he's put a proposal together for an IG on eClaims for a foreign realm (Saudi Arabia). Seems like it wouldn't go through the international committee; it would go through a normal WG and be realm specific. Their affiliate membership is in the process of being renewed. Lloyd: So they want to use our infrastructure process to do a realm ballot of their IG? Paul confirms. Lloyd states we've done that before for Switzerland. Grahame: Where would it be published? Paul: They could stand up a website and publish it. General agreement that they can do that. Lloyd: Do we get to exert our quality criteria, is one question. We don't have a policy on that. But we don't want to use our process on things that don't meet our criteria - does anyone object to that being a policy? Lynn: If they use our balloting mechanism we should require that. Grahame: Other affiliates other than US Realm don't go through the checklist. We could publish for other affiliates but the TSC would have to determine the requirements around process
      • MOTION that we recommend to the TSC that we require that affiliates who leverage the HL7 ballot process must adhere to the same process and quality requirements as any other FHIR artifacts and are subject ot the same appeal processes: Paul/Hans
