Meeting Minutes from Discussion

Ron missed the MnM meeting this week. Will meet again first week of July. Next RTSS update will be after that meeting in July.
|Methodology||Vitality Assessment and Governance|
One thing TSC suggested was looking at our basic org structures. Ron notes that, as part of the BAM, there was a component called vitality assessment. It was modeled from SOA governance principles. Assessment determines if behaviors need to be changed or adapted.
Lorraine: One part is looking at ourselves as a committee; then there is the HL7 organizational piece. Could be part of the TSC virtual retreat in July.
|Management||Virtual WGM Planning|
Discussion over timing issues. Survey is out now to collect co-chair opinions. Hugh suggests running the WGM for two weeks, targeting two quarters where most people can attend. If groups all pick their own time slots, it could create chaos for people who want to join or joint meetings.
Do we still want to do two ARB quarters? We may want to do our work outside of the WGM quarters.
