Requirements: 1) URL for landing page/description 2) URL for the actual terminology content for FHIR servers

Q2 - Update to the GOM

Julie has sent an email to the requester with the HTA decision. 

Today, there has been an email from Patrick McLoughlin at NLM saying that they are "wrapping up the production cycle for the September US Edition
and will soon have help going through some of the backlog of submissions to the US-CRS that have accrued since December.  If you or others have trouble submitting to the US-CRS, please let me know. But the system should be up
and running and accepting submissions. I apologize for the inconvenience".

So this is good news and we can point folk to that US-CRS with some confidence now.

In development: HTA Updated ToR

For the GOM.....general procedures regarding HTA needs to be in the GOM.....how do I do X for terminology would not currently have any help in the GOM.

Julie has had a positive response from TSC and hopes to progress this at the WGM.

Should HTA be a "reviewing WG"?  Should HTA review Vocab WG items?  Julie will reach out to Lloyd/Grahame regarding this.

There are 7 candidates that will be considered for the 3 open positions and CVs etc. have been received.  Recommendations will be made to the Board.
