  • plan point to activity and any eventpattern resource ca be used
  • activityDefintion does not have action backbone, so only applies to plan
  • sending a message is a sibling to actions, but it is not an activity
  • activity is usually done by practitioner or practitionerRole
  • ActivtyDefinition points to request resources
  • The same should apply to Questionaire
  • So we should remove MessageDefintion.parent, since an activityDefinition’s outcomes are requests, not events and planDefinition has been updated to point to messageDefinition and we don’t want a circular reference
  • Proposed resolution:
    • Remove MessageDefintion.parent
  • Ask CDS to take a look and double-check us
