  The problem is that every country has its own ICPC-organization. Also the distribution of the codesystem is done in different ways.
  I've tried to get in touch with the international organization, but they can't help, because they belong to the German Organization.

      Roel Barelds I'm starting to pick up work again, after being sick for quit a while, and will start creating an external terminologies page. I know that Gary Dickinson is heavily involved in this standard.
