Use Case Description:
| The US CMS Minimum Data Set (MDS) (LOINC https://loinc.org/54580-6/) used for long term care, nursing homes, etc. uses LOINC 46098-0 Sex as the observation that is labeled Gender. This is used throughout all MDS surveys. Need to clarify how to populate MDS using GH elements, and to determine how to record MDS "Gender" using GH RSG. |
