HL7 recognizes that the antitrust laws were enacted to promote fairness in competition and, as such, supports laws against monopoly and restraints of trade and their enforcement. Each individual participating in HL7 meetings and conferences, regardless of venue, is responsible for knowing the contents of and adhering to the HL7 Antitrust Policy as stated in §05.01 of the Governance and Operations Manual (GOM).

Ticket Review45mJB

Note that we really need to make sure new content has an OID assigned!

Ticket with known UTG issues:

UP-263 - Getting issue details... STATUS - Branch not rendering

Tickets to be reviewed this week:

UP-312 - Getting issue details... STATUS - the team noticed that this code system references two value sets with content that appears identical, on in the FHIR spec and the other in THO. This seems to be a prevalent issue across FHIR code system in THO and should be discussed with TSMG.

UP-255 - Getting issue details... STATUS - This brings up the issue that is being investigated about content in the FHIR spec being anchored in THO. We are not sure how the code was removed prior to the migration to THO. Should also consider the versioning conflicts between THO and the FHIR spec. Rob Hausam is looking into this example. Rob was able to find that Grahame committed the changes in July 25, 2018 (url was rooted in fhir and then changed to THO). This should be reported back to TSMG. Seems that they were prepped to be moved to THO but were never removed from the FHIR spec after THO was published.

Did not get to these:

UP-299 - Getting issue details... STATUS

UP-280 - Getting issue details... STATUS

UP-246 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Open questions TSMG:

  • Recommend that we put together a template copyright for HL7 content (might be one that exists already for IGs/standards)
