Not voted: Need to clarify the relationship to Gravity.
Not voted: Rikis coment on refer to telecon: will this new WG take over, or add themselves as CoCposnsors to already existing projects in other WGs that deal with SDOH like the PH WG? Will this include use cases around ordering of services for underserved communities, or is this just about defining the ways to document the reportign aspect?
Not voted: This work falls within CBCP's mandate. Why do we need another group?
Not voted: Agree we need to clarify the relationship with Gravity.
Not voted: On behalf of the team proposing the human services work group: As per Austin this work group proposal must be sent out for co-chair/work group review and vote and then will return to TSC for discussion and vote. We look forward to answering any questions/concerns.

Not voted: Riki's comment on refer to Telecon: Is TSG the same as TSMG? I assume this covers dealing with Vocab for ALL product families (V2, CDA, FHIR, any others?) - and for HL7 defined, user-defined (with suggested values) and external terminology use for both the base stnadards as well as implementation guides. Can this management group be stood up before we know we have additional funding for maintenance of the tooling?
Not voted: Yes, TSMG is the newly proposed name for what we called TSG before and yes, it covers the scope noted and yes we hope to stand it up with whatever HQ support as can be brought to bear ASAP with hope that more will come.
Not voted: Proposal still includes funded staff and responsibilities for operations. I don't agree that the TSMG should be directing staff activities. If that is not what is meant, then it should be made clearer.

Missed NIB Deadline by the Arden Syntax WG for HL7 Arden Syntax for Medical Logic Systems v3.0 at Project Insight 1118

Rationale from Robert Jenders:

To the TSC:  A combination of last-minute discussion regarding the appropriate level of the ballot (STU vs normative) and holiday travel for the US-based cochair submitter interacted to result in the submission of the Notice of Intent to Ballot for Arden Syntax v3.0, the proposed next version of this existing HL7 standard, on the next business day following the due date.  We apologize for the late submission and respectfully ask that the NIB be accepted and the ballot for this document be allowed in the current cycle.
