ATC

• There are two entries using the ATC url in THO that are causing issues with the publisher tooling 
  • http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/UTG/CodeSystem-v3-WC.html (Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System)
  • http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/UTG/CodeSystem-atc.html (American Type Culture Collection)
• Proposed solution 
  • Unless anyone identifies an immediate need for American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) to be in THO or knows of a uri that has been in use for it, remove entire entry from THO as it is erroneous
    • Note that ATCC is represented as ATC in v2 table 0396 so we may wish to update the acronym used there as well
  • Consider changing <id> of the correct ATC entry from 'v3-WC' to 'atc' per request on Zulip
    • Jess has changed id values for some external entries in the past, specifically to remove reference to v3, but this has come up recently that we may not want to do so
    • The <id> is not exposed through the THO interface, but is in the resource XML file

  • This is an error from THO import and no one should ever have used this entry, so it should be removed (and thus throw error)
  • <id> is only meaningful in the IG publisher and so it will remain the same 
  • This <id> is server specific and so we will not consider requests to change
• JB motions to remove erroneous ATCC entry and <id> of correct ATC entry will remain the same. RD seconds. Motion passes 4-0-0.

• Drafted page reviewed by requestor, ready to be approved by HTA
• RM: Need clarification if those alternate oids are identifiers or version identifiers
  • Can move forward with current identifiers
  • Send note to Kai and Sylvia to show how we plan to represent UICC TNM and note that previous editions are not represented as alternate OIDs (last part of OID looks like it is being treated as version but confirmed it is not just for this code system so not a root we can tie to)
• Will seek clarification prior to approving metadata for addition to THO

X12 Insurance Type

CDA-1513 - Getting issue details... STATUS

• Pending review by someone who knows the X12 content to determine what is the definitive source
• Asked Mary Kay to draft a page and HTA will review when ready

• Joel to propose updated text for what should be used for the code and HTA will review and update the resources as necessary
