  • Pro Forma via Ballot Process vs consensus review 
    • THO base URL (IG uses a URL rooted in THO) and content (which exists in IG) can be disjoint - goes through ballot, satisfying consensus review. Once that is done, it is pro forma added to THO, then removed from IG and added to THO. Thus,
      • If content is being reviewed via a ballot process, the UP tickets shall go through pro forma process. 
      • If content is not being reviewed via a ballot process, then consensus review is required
    • Need to review this page, to confirm what we've discussed is in-line with what was already documented and agreed upon with regards to the terminology review expectations and process or IG Developers
