  • Determine how to handle <caseSensitive> element for external code systems
    • Warnings will be thrown if <caseSensitive> element not present
    • To remove warnings from THO v3.1.0, they were manually suppressed
    • Need to determine how we want to handle setting this element moving forward
      • HTA needs to find out if external code systems, for which we maintain records, have case sensitive codes
      • Meanwhile, set <caseSensitive> to TRUE
      • Reuben Daniels  and Jessica Bota to divide the list amongst the HTA members for resolution
    • What about retired code systems
      • TSMG approved motion that for the retired metadata code system records, such as those that are generating errors with code sensitive errors, these should be removed from THO
  • Release content has been finalized, this to do list shall be addressed once THO v3.1.0 is released

HTA members and observers are asked to review the drafted text, directly edit where changes are needed and use the comment functionality to ask additional questions. We will review again (and hopefully approve on the next HTA call, which will be at the WGM).
