Disappearing Code Systems

As the External Terminologies list has been "modularised", some of the terminologies that did not have a metadata page have "disappeared" (for example ICD-10-GM).  We can add these back "at the bottom"....or we could create blank pages for these - but the value of an empty page is extremely limited.

The correct process to add a code system (or indeed to add back) requires a "new ticket" to properly add the metadata for the code systems.  BUT some of the code systems that we have "lost" are things like ICPC that are well known, but for which we (HTA) have not been able to get a response from the code system owner.

The code systems that disappeared are 
ICD-10-GM (ST to sort),

ICD Function - we think this is an errata (maybe should have been "ICD Foundation")

MONDO (DG trying to sort)

Gaps - RxNorm - although there is an RxNorm on FHIR page but we should have a page so that we can be ready to move over to THO

Future topic with Vocab - how much of the "FHIR content" to move over to THO (e.g. filtering etc.)
