the version of ICD-10-PCS SHALL be represented as the numeric year of publication followed by a period and then the numeric month for the first month it may be used
in the format YYYY.MM e.g. 2020.10 for the 2020 release of ICD-10-PCS for use commencing 1 October 2020.
