If you need to create a PSS for a withdrawal or reaffirmation, please follow the steps below to create it in Confluence.

To create a new withdrawal or reaffirmation PSS:

  1. Click on the button below.
  2. Change the name of the page.
  3. Fill out the information.

  4. Save the page.

    Your new PSS will be saved as a new PSS below this page and listed in the table along in the window to the right.
