         2. Extending the compliance dates in the ONC Health IT Certification Program (Program), including certain 2015 Edition health IT certification criteria and Conditions and Maintenance of Certification requirements.
         3. Making changes to the Program by updating standards and clarifying regulatory text for specific certification criteria.
         4. Making technical corrections and clarifications.

   3. What is an "inactive" project as it relates to STU comments? Sean McIlvenna
      1. Sean - Take away the concept of "Active" vs "Inactive" until an IG is deprecated
         1. Example - Companion Guide
         2. Lisa: artifact status (active/inactive/deprecated) is different than Project status - Calvin - doesn't seem to be formal statuses for projects
         3. Sean: Would like there to be a landing page for each project to include specific parameters
         4. We all agree need to have a landing page for our projects
         5. Suggest looking at other group pages and see if anything stellar (Gay will review and point Sean to any that look good)

8. Legal Authenticator Question (David Riddle) -
   1. how it participates in Note. concerned about relationship of document legalAuthenticator and a generic participant defined as legal authenticator. Committee says Document LegalAuthenticator is overall document, and generic participant of LA is just of that piece - say from a note pulled in.
