    1. CDA R2.1 Project - Austin mentioned that there were no update from Andy.
    2. Value Set Issues (Next VSAC Release Package - June 2019)/C-CDA value set review - Lisa identified the confluence page for updates to value sets used in C-CDA. The group shared the process to be used. Gay will look at adding the dates to the HL7 Calendar.

  5. Merger of Templates WG with SDWG  - requesting clarification which co-chairs are transitioning and what products are coming to SDWG. 2019-01-14 Work Group Change Template - merge Templates into SD.docx  - we will request info and bring this back.

  6. Pre-Ballot QA Review for PhCP (Rick Geimer)  - willing to provide feedback, there was a question about value sets.  Brett identified an issues with encounters value set in the ballot that were not fully defined in VSAC. All value sets would need to have definitions. 

Brett made a motion to approve the value set without the value sets in VSAC that are missing minimal definitions by March 29th.   Second by Lisa.  Vote: 0 Abstain: 0 For: 23 Motion passes

  1. The committee discussed the timing to of updates, and Rick will ensure that there are definitions in VSAC for the valuesets that are missing definitions.

    3. #20159  Use of LOINC - Part Codes: - Lisa and Swapna discusses the uses of the part code.  What is the most general code - that can be used to represent a given clinical note. The question of whether to use a LOINC part code as a category.  Lisa indicated some concerns about using the usage in Category,

The HISP document recommend LOINC codes, why should you use the LOINC Part Codes.  The disposition was generated about the C80 references for attachment set codes.  Motion to approve the disposition - by Brett, Second Rob - Vote: Opposed: 0   Abstain: 0    For: 24    Motion passes
