5 min | Welcome, agenda review, meeting minute approval | Erin | Last week's minutes approved (motion: Mead, second: AbdulMalik) 8-0-0 |
20 min. | VRDR Ballot Reconciliation | Mead | - There were 3 overall commenters
- the comment submissions were not amalgamated into a single spreadsheet, so there is some overlap in comment numbering between the spreadsheets
- to disambiguate, Hetty's comments will be renumbered "HK1" through "HK11"
- Lori's comments will be renumbered "LF1" through "LF5"
- Craig's comments were already approved and documented, so those comment numbers will remain unchanged
- Block vote for Hetty's comments
- block vote spreadsheet was sent out last Fri. 8/16
- mostly for typos
- approved (motion: Mead, second: Alaina) 12-0-0
- Lori submitted 5 comments about aligning the V2.6 IG with the FHIR IG
- Comment LF1 regarding marital status (proposed disposition is "not persuasive" with the V2.6 IG's specification of the PHINVADS codes surviving, and changes suggested for the FHIR IG instead) – there was initially a motion to approve (Mead) and a second (AbdulMalik)
- However, In further discussion, AbdulMalik made a motion to table instead (which is a privileged motion) so that all 5 comments can be properly discussed and reconciled in the context of both the V2.6 and the FHIR IGs – motion to table was approved 10-0-1

10 min. | Review of Sept. 2019 Interim PBS Metrics | Danny | - HQ sent out the Sept. 2019 Interim PBS Metrics (with WG / project health statistics) yesterday
- Dave will join next week's call to review projects and any possible status discrepancies in Project Insight
- In the meantime, he mentioned 2 projects that needed updates from the WG:
- Pjt ID 1432 – Vital Records Domain Analysis Model specification mapping
- Infractions:
- Unpublished ballot
- Pjt Insight Next Milestone Behind>120 Days
- A publication request was approved by the WG April 11th
- AbdulMalik reports that he had submitted it to HQ, but Lynn provided feedback that the reconciliation package had not been posted to the Ballot Desktop
- AbdulMalik uploaded this on July 16th and sent requests for withdrawals of negative comments
- Guidance from HQ is requested for how to move this forward to publication
- Pjt ID 860 – V3 CDA IG: Reporting Birth and Fetal Death Info from the EHR to Vital Records, R1 (US Realm)
- Infractions:
- Pjt Insight Next Milestone Behind>120 Days
- Pjt Insight Next Milestone Behind>2+ Years
- This project is now replaced by 1474 (Vital Records Birth and Fetal Death Reporting CDA IG) and should be closed
- Dave had indicated to us back in March that since that project had balloted, the Artifact Withdrawal Form and sponsoring WG approval were needed first
- Sarah will look into this
