- There is a note to ballot readers regarding the scope of comments allowed and a request for comments on a few sections

- All the templates that have been added/changed are flagged as "draft"
- Sarah will ask Lynn at HQ if she can include pointers (as comments) back to the STU comments that initiated a change

- This is a new IG based on STU3
- There are 33 profiles included
- Includes a composition to tie it all together
- Anticipates a messaging workflow (but doesn't restrict it to just a messaging paradigm)
- Includes tracing to requirements in the DAM or paper death certificate
- Planning to pilot the IG with 6 states
- Send QA comments straight to AMS
- BSeR (http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/bser/index.html)
- This is the second ballot for this IG
- Includes notifications to both balloters and implementers
- Based on STU3
- Includes description of a messaging workflow, including state changes
- Includes an extension to PractitionerRole
