- Added a comment specifying that the definition of a SIG includes many of the structured elements in the Dosage datatype, but not all of those elements. Using this information, we can begin to develop an updated definition for dosage.text attribute. This work was greatly helped by reviewing the SIG definition found in the NCPDP standard.

Minutes/Conclusions Reached
- ISO presentation from Michael Tan related to ePrescrbing ISO-TS 17523 work.
- The goal of this update is to inform the Pharmacy WG of this work and ask if we have any interest in the work e.g., as reviewers, etc. as part of this review we may also want to review the "logical model". The logical model is not in a graphical format, only text.
- This work comes from ISO TC215 WG6.
- An older version from 2016 is being updated. Michael presented an update on the current plan for bringing this work up to date.
- Monthly meetings are planned with ISO contributing members
- target date: June, 2024
- In parallel with this work is a similar ISO project focusing on Dispense - ISO19293/TS19293 Jose is leading this work effort
- Patient Care issue related to exchanging data related to the fetus.
- Pharmacy specific use case was related to the order of a medication that should be given to a fetus prior the fetus being born.
- Some example thinking is that this could be attached to a Patient, with a new flag on patient that would indicate the patient has not been born. An alternative solution would use body tissue as the subject of this type of order.
