ANSI Anti-Trust Policy: Professional Associations, such as HL7, which bring together competing entities are subject to strict scrutiny under applicable antitrust laws. HL7 recognizes that the antitrust laws were enacted to promote fairness in competition and, as such, supports laws against monopoly and restraints of trade and their enforcement. Each individual participating in HL7 meetings and conferences, regardless of venue, is responsible for knowing the contents of and adhering to the HL7 Antitrust Policy as stated in §05.01 of the Governance and Operations Manual (GOM).

MEETING MINUTES
Clinical Order Workflow
- Continue Workflow discussion
- There exist different complex workflows
- Some where communicating just Task to who ever fulfills the task
- Some where updates are needed on the "Original" Service Request (i.e. Laboratory)
- It is a "depends" usage need
- Took a look at Gravity especially https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-sdoh-clinicalcare/sdoh_clinical_care_background.html
- Tried to model a possible abstract workflow for the complete Lab Workflow including Specimen collection (via a subordinate Sample Collection Procedure ServiceRequest and two different Laboratories getting "subordinate" ServiceRequest (i.e. Lab and ClinChem) (https://confluence.hl7.org/download/attachments/144966758/FHIR%20to%20the%20LAB.pptx?version=6&modificationDate=1679674167851&api=v2)
- Goal for next time do an example based on the Order Catalog IG Example 1 (https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-order-catalog/exlabservices.html#e1-blood-potassium-test)
- There exist different complex workflows
