2.a.    Project Scope

V2 Errata - Addenda - technical corrections.
Currently we have Errata, addenda, technical corrections.  E.G.

  • HL7 Version 2.4 Specification Errata
  • HL7 Version 2.4 Specification Technical Correction: P03 and P11 Trigger Events

This project will combine/align/update/fix so that there is a single document describing corrections/deficiencies for each version.

As a customer I would be miffed if I searched for and downloaded the " HL7 Version 2.4 Specification Errata"

This projects to the customer that HL7 does not have a consistent way to handle the discovered issues.
