Note: As you create from a template using the following procedure, the page you are creating will live, by default, as a sub-page of whatever page you were on when you started the below outlined process.
YOU SHOULD CHOOSE THE APPROPRIATE CONFLUENCE SPACE (FOR EXAMPLE, THE SPACE FOR THE SPONSORING WORK GROUP) FIRST AND THEN CREATE YOUR e-VOTE.
Step-by-step guide
- Navigate to your Work Group's decisions page or whatever parent page you want the e-vote to appear under. Select the ellipsis at the top next to "Create". (If you only see two options for templates show up, select "Show More" to reveal all templates.)
- Select "e-Vote and Decision Template"
- Enter the name of your vote in the "Page title." You could choose to use a date (such as "2023-09-10 e-Vote") or a subject (such as "FHIR Shorthand PSS e-vote") as your title.
- Fill out the e-vote fields as described in the instructions.
- Select "Publish" at the bottom right.
- A page with your e-vote name as title will appear and may be sent to your vote participants.
