  • Definition of Associate for SOU
    • there is a template for the SOU - depends on who is managing the relationship - will change
    • mentioned in 07.05 - relationships will be formalized in an SOU
    • define Associate Charter organization - Section 12.02
    • Chuck to add Jira issue with a draft definition

    • will lay out concerns in Jira - with recommendation to defer the issue
    • there are only 6 student members at this time, but there are other students that may participate

    • GCR-373 - TSC implementer reps
      • change requirement that Implementer Rep must be an HL7 member
      • update to include same wording for all other reps to TSC
    • GCR-377 - hiatus before rejoining TSC
      • must wait a year before standing for any other position on TSC
      • there is no requirement like this on the Board - can move positions without taking a hiatus
    • GCR-375 - TSC representation may be either Chair or Vice Chair
    • GCR-380 - Add accountability to process for WG review of standard lifetime
      • Will update the wording to include notification to the Work Group for both STU and Informative specs

  • Proposed RC2209 schedule based on WGM dates
    • WGM - 9/17 – 9/23 WGM
    • GOC consensus on GCR to be sent to EC 9/26 – 10/07 for adopting as “work items”
      • next EC is Oct 10 - Chuck will send package to Karen
    • If no consensus, GOC meeting week of 9/26 – 9/30 with GCR to EC for adoption as “work items”10/3 - 10/14
    • Week of 10/10 GOC meeting to finalize proposed revisions if necessary - Melva to schedule meeting Oct 11 or after
    • 10/17 RC2209 to HQ for Peer Review
    • 10/20 – 11/18 Peer Review
    • 11/21 – 11/25 Thanksgiving week
    • 11/28 – 12/9 GOC meeting to resolve any Peer Review comments - Melva to schedule meeting
    • 12/12/22 – 1/6/23 Proposed revisions to EC for approval
