Dates for Peer Review
- March 23 to April 23
- Chuck will forward everything to Karen.
Status of Phase 1
- ready to go to EC for approval
- Melva will forward document to Karen for inclusion on the EC agenda for March 30th
Communications to Members
- Melva will work on article for newsletter - due by the end of the week - will forward to GOC list for a quick review
Phase 2
- once Phase 1 document is approved by EC will start on Phase 2
- Phase 1 document will be the basis of the Phase 2 work - some of the changes in this revision cycle are part of the Phase 2 work
Use of JIRA
- ask Josh to look at permissions to GOC - Jean doesn't have access

- Please review the use of JIRA
- There are some things that we can't change as it is part of JIRA
- May need to review the statuses we have - trying to create a standard workflow for use for most projects
