1901002 - Work Group co-chair emeritus - perhaps there should be a limited set of privileges (e.g. access to material) - may be difficult to give some rights and not others given the system that is being used.
Could there be a title without any privileges? like we do with HL7 Fellows -
Should be an honorary position. Rights come along with being an active HL7 member. Ability to submit NIBs, etc - no permitted. Could chair a meeting if other co-chairs are not available.
