Discussion
- In depth discussion of Mixins and the ordering of rules when applying Mixins. We will want to verify that our approach will be useful. One idea is to investigate how FSH would represent existing IGs like http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-breast-radiology-ig/ which were created using Kurt Allen's variation of Mixins.
