Antitrust Statement
Professional Associations, such as HL7, which bring together competing entities are subject to strict
scrutiny under applicable antitrust laws. HL7 recognizes that the antitrust laws were enacted to promote
fairness in competition and, as such, supports laws against monopoly and restraints of trade and their
enforcement. Each individual participating in HL7 meetings and conferences, regardless of venue, is
responsible for knowing the contents of and adhering to the HL7 Antitrust Policy as stated in §05.01 of
the Governance and Operations Manual (GOM).

- Should this be under SMART, if so, do we need to update the SMART PSS?
- Lloyd believes this should be a distinct PSS, but Brett believes this will cause unnecessary delays vs. updating the SMART PSS.
- Brett will provide updated language for the existing SMART PSS for next week.
Bas - Multiversion IGs
- Per Grahame, multi-version will not be supported going forward
- Subscription back-port IG is an exception
- Still requires multiple NPM packages for each FHIR version
- Will add to WGM agenda for further discussion (tentatively Tuesday Q6)
