Introduction
tx.fhir.org is the FHIR server that supports the FHIR ecosystem. Specifically, it is used by the FHIR Validator and the FHIR IG publisher.
tx.fhir.org runs on the open source FHIR Server maintained by Grahame Grieve (FHIR Product Director). See https://github.com/grahamegrieve/fhirserver
tx.fhir.org is not suitable for use as a production terminology server - it can be taken down at any time for maintenance. Also, it's not provisioned for that kind of scale. You can run your own copy, with exactly the same set up as tx.fhir.org.
