2023 - 09 Testing FHIR with Test Artifact (TestScript) Versioning utilizing a Proxy Server | Testing has played a key role in the evolution of the FHIR Standard to date, but testing can often be challenging and open for misinterpretation resulting in siloed implementations of standards resulting in continued interoperability challenges. Having access to test cases, test plans, testscripts and proxy based message exchange with FHIR servers allows for testing conformance and interoperable solutions prior to implementation, during implementation and validation when implementation is complete. Further, utilizing a proxy based message exchange (with FHIR servers) allows for automated collection, monitoring and logging testing, makes it easier to validate testing activities as it provides a central location to track, evaluate and troubleshot and tests and responses. | Education about FHIR testing strategies – current and evolving tooling. | Richard Ettema (Co-Lead), Wendy Gereke (Co-Lead) | https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/274423-TestScript-Resource/topic/Sep.202023.20Connectathon.2034 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
