Test the HL7 IG describing the representation of the ICHOM patient-centered outcomes measurement set for breast cancer.
Testing the IG for both the creators and consumers, accurately representing the data that needs to be created as well as receiving it.
In particular, we will focus on testing both the clinical content and PROMs content from 5 categories as defined in the breast cancer set:

Role 1 - SDC Form Receiver
A server that will receive a FHIR QuestionnaireResponse that has been submitted by a user, and subsequently validated.
Role 2 - Form Renderer (SDC Form Filler)
A user interface for displaying a Questionnaire/Questionnaire response, permitting a user to complete the form and submit the answers.
Role 3 - EHR/HIS for breast cancer treatment
A system to provide breast cancer treatment data implementing ICHOM's measure set on a FHIR endpoint.
Role 4 - analytics system
A system to consume breast cancer clinical treatment data and analyze it.
Scenario 1 - send completed ICHOM Breast Cancer Questionnaires to an open FHIR endpoint
Allow the user to fill out ICHOM Breast Cancer Questionnaires and send the completed QuestionnaireResponse resources to a specific endpoint.
Scenario 2 - receive completed ICHOM Breast Cancer Questionnaires and visualize them
Receive completed QuestionnaireResponses and visualise them.
Scenario 3 - expose breast cancer clinical data in a format conforming to profiles in IG
Allow clients to extract information from an open FHIR endpoint in IG-compatible format.
Scenario 4 - receive, analyse, and render breast cancer clinical data
Consume, analyse, and present breast cancer clinical data for benchmarking purposes.
