| BP/MVZ defer discussion of PEST status change till at least next WGM because of new positions in HL7 operations. That is the new Chief Standards Officer and the new Chief Implementation Officer will impact how PEST interacts with the larger HL7 community. We also believe that new TSC members are required to engage in the discussion of any changes to PEST work group status. | ||||
| JIRA has been updated. | MVZ we are using JIRA at HL7 Netherlands for tracking purposes. Also managing requests for FHIR profiles in JIRA. (HL7 Netherlands) | ||
| Confluence slowness was likely due to the last upgrade; it should be resolved by now. All of the Atlassian products have been upgraded except for Crowd (which is used by HQ). | |||
| Going forward working on a new website for HL7 Europe. Certified Educators program coming in Feb. 2022 so working on that web page. Education on Demand site is being updated. | |||
| The new process is over on JIRA except for re-affirmations and withdrawals which are on Confluence. | |||
| Jon Williams is new system admin at HQ and is moving some S3 sites to EC2 sites. | |||

| Consensus sign up is opened till Dec. 9. This current ballot cycle is a hybrid one using the old ballot desktop and the new JIRA based balloting. | |||

| MVZ EHR tooling | EHR WG is talking about moving from it's current tooling to the FHIR IG tooling. The EHR tooling generates functional profiles but EHR profiles could reference FHIR profiles as needed. The upside it would eliminate another tool in the HL7 publishing toolkit. | |||
| Fonteva (AMS replacement) | Currently mapping data, validating data, and migrating of member data to the new system. Target go-live end of June 2022. | |||
