Ballot Comment Review
  • Block votes #2 and #3 have been sent to InM for review on April 9th call, 3-4pm

Jira Issue Summary (Reporter) Proposed Resolution

  1. J#26182  Question: Out Of Scope: What is a trigger (ginocanessa) Considered - Question answered
    1. Will clarify that business rules and workflows that define a trigger are out of scope (i.e., how does your organization figure out that a specific event is a trigger)
    2. AMA had a similar comment re: what constitutes a trigger - FHIR-26117 seems related
      1. Should be some reference to how that gets established, that it would be an agreement between parties
      2. AMA has other comments as well, related to the out of scope/trigger section - concern re: too many alerts; needs more definition
    3. Added this item to "Trigger" grouping so team can review it in relation to the other issues
  2. J#26175  Reliable Delivery heading does not discuss the topic. (ginocanessa) Persuasive with Modification
    1. Marked as duplicate - we discussed this topic in our last call
  3. J#26161  fix the summaries or remove since not complete (ehaas)
    1. No need to describe all details in text summary
  4. J#26159  clarify must support rules1 (emmanurse)
    1. Not aware of must support extension, assuming referring to must support flag
    2. Bundle.type is flagged as must support
    3. Bundle.type is 1..1 and is fixed to "message" - maybe we don't need must support flag, but doesn't hurt to have it
  5. J#26138  What's the author field good for? (Isaac.Vetter) Not Persuasive with Modification
    1. Human may not initiate notification, but human will initiate the admission or discharge
    2. Clarify that author is the individual who authorized the event

Continue with following issues next week:

  1. J#26130  Shoud not have two ways of doing something. (celine_lefebvre) Not Persuasive with Modification
  2. J#26119  Multiple ways to create a message is not ideal (celine_lefebvre) Persuasive with Modification
  3. J#26117  Contract agreement to establish triggering event (celine_lefebvre) Persuasive
  4. J#26116  Many things create encounters from Admission Discharge Scenarios (celine_lefebvre) Persuasive with Modification
  5. J#26098  Why Messaging? (vassil) Not Persuasive
