Trackers that are resolved but will not be applied until R4 and reasons why there are still open/not applied (I.e., these are resolved but not applied - waiting for R4):

    1. GF#20964 MedicationRequest_extension_doNotPerform: to be applied to R4 version of IG so still open

    2. GF#20963 DeviceRequest: to be applied to R4 version of IG so still open

       plus this old tracker

    1. GF#18720 Add standard error responses to description of submit-data operation beyond standard FHIR operation behavior - deferred to future release

       and plus these new trackers

    1. GF#23015 - Add a reference to the valueset-reference extension for dealing with negation of an event: applied for STU3 still needs to be
      applied for R4

    2. GF#23927 - Define an extension to support using a Group as the value of the reporter element: applied for STU3 still needs to be applied for R4

For resolution on October 25, 2019: Two unresolved open trackers

    • 24859 Need+to+Show+a+FHIR+Bundle+with+Multiple+MeasureReports+where+a+Single+Resource+is+Referenced+by+Both (Linda Michaelsen) – can be applied to the R4 IG only
    • 23050 Add+extensions+for+added+types+for+measureScore+in+measureReport (Paul Denning) – add the extension for type - unsure if for STU3 or only R4

DEQM IG title and version (determine if this has been resolved):

    • Eric suggested to use the following as the FHIR STU3 based DEQM IG title and version
      • title: "Data Exchange For Quality Measures Implementation Guide: STU1 (for FHIR 3.0.1)"
      • version: 1.0.0
