Discussion Notes

1. Highlight the differences between our current Terminology call v. Full Member call

    1. Terminology: discuss clinical aspects of each measure spec; model concepts in FHIR - every two weeks
      1. Focus on the initial models, and detailed clinical aspects of each of the elements in the model
    2. Full Member: strategy focused; project scoping; staffing; etc. - monthly

2. Review newest draft of workflow diagram - in the PPT - based on (very positive) feedback

a. Title Quality for Measures Workflow Diagram - will send after - dotted line is current state – shaded grey rectangle is current project scope

Note: USON – also does measure development (iKnowMed → sends data to McKesson (Ontada) → sends data to US Oncology)

3.  Based on workflow actors, will begin to determine engagement/outreach priorities and outreach for 2023

    1. Next will need to establish who on the team will take point connecting with key organizations - build a spreadsheet to track

        2. Mary Barton – do you know Fred and would others like to join a call with his team, if we get one scheduled?
        3. Other CodeX contacts: Brad Ryan (CPO); Ben Hamlin (senior staff working on quality measures); and Keri Christensen (Director of Implementation Strategy).
