    • TrialJectory - working with Tzvia to set up a kickoff and discuss CodeX membership . 
    • Ciitizen - agreed to partner. 
      • 1) Test how well the optimized patient data elements filter clinical trials. Run a match with only optimized patient data elements and compare with comprehensive patient record match. 
      • 2) mCODE-enable the matching service and cancer card.

    • Inspirata - met with Inspirata on 10/21. They have a Trial Matching service and are discussing a potential partnership.  
      • Mark is open to it. 
    • Quantum Leap - sent a email to Adam and Elly about CodeX membership. 
  • Inspirata Virtual Fireside Chat: Automating Cancer Trial Matching - interest in participating on panel? 
    • Open and free of charge to the public 
    • November 10th at 11:00am ET 
    • They ran a survey on trial matching in August and got responses from 40 hospitals. They plan to use the insights from the survey to guide discussion. Can review the results of the survey by taking the survey -

  • Phase 0 Page - review 
  • Phase 1 Update
    • Working on IRB approvals for UTSW (Phase 1B) and MITRE/Cancer Insights (Phase 1A)
      • Phase 1A -
        • Met with MITRE IRB on October 21st. Incorporating changes. 
        • DUA in review. 
        • Need to plan out specific patients to target. 
        • Hoping to get IRB approval for Phase 1A in the next few weeks. 
        • Technical end to end workflow is working. Undergoing testing. Demonstration next week? 
      • Phase 1B - 
        • Melanie plans on submitting IRB package on Monday. 
        • Melanie and Elly met yesterday. is comprehensive enough to be considered a true positive. Will be ready end of January. 
          • Metastatic breast cancer patients 
          • Lab values not included - this would be done at the point of care. 
        • Melanie to contact UTSW legal about DUA. 
    • Massive Bio - meeting with Selin to discuss next steps. In the meantime, Selin agreed on next steps and we can match the Massive Bio records against and TrialScope. 
    • UCSF - updates on the consultation process?
  • Salim put together a slide deck describing all of Phase 1

    • After protocol's are approved, what are the next steps? How will we analyze? What data elements to take out? Who will do the analysis?
