Project Specific Meetings

Vanguard - monthly meeting, day/time to be sent by Marti to Laura to set up. (late afternoon ET)

WG Meetings

Co-chair calls - remove the current calendar appts, then put back on until May.  with a place holder for June to Sept.  Monday 11 ET 1st and 3rd weeks. 

CIC Business Meetings: 2 Thursday (Cancer Topics and ICHOM) and 4th Thursday (Registry topics and Vanguard) at 2 ET.

All projects have agreed to update the WG at a regular basis in their PSS.  If the project does not appear and provide a detailed update with progress accomplished to date, including evidence of published open project meetings with minutes,  and updated project timelines clearly stated on their project's CIC confluence page at least ONCE per cycle (WGM or a monthly CIC WG call) the project will be submitted to HL7 HQ and be closed.

Ballot Review for the

Review of the projects needing resolution or withdrawal.  1478 and 1380

Current guide was reaffirmed in May 2021.  NEMSIS is now wanting to update the guide to their most recent version.  Most changes are terminology.  All the bindings are dynamic. 

Jay will be setting up a meeting to do comment reviews with the project team over the next month and will work with Laura to get it on the HL7 conference call announcement system.  Looking for participants to take this work to the May Connectathon. 

Motion made to withdraw the Allergy/Immunization project (#1478) and 2nded. Abstain = 1, oppose = 0, approve 4. 

Motion made to withdrawal the Reference Domain Analysis Model (#1380) and 2nded.  Abstain = 0, Oppose = 0, Approve = 6.
