I have included a brief recap of today’s discussion along with several action items below. These will also be posted on Confluence.

    • Commercial Data Elements
      • Review the existing data elements within the IG to determine if additional elements need to be added, with a focus on possible Commercial data elements that should be included

Action Items

  • LP will follow up with CVS, Centene, and other payers to discuss their interest in exploring adding B2B to the IG and to invite them to future meetings
  • Humana will review the data elements to determine if there are any missing commercial data elements that should be included
  • Josh M. will present SMART Health Links at an upcoming meeting
  • Epic will provide a proposal for how to integrate card images into the IG for their clients
  • Providence will send over their thoughts on how to integrate a cryptographically signed health insurance card data workflow from the payer/EHR to the consumer application
  • All invitees will come prepared for to share their endpoints, ideas on test data, and other items that will enable implementers to test
  • LP will add test data and use case scenarios to our 11/18 agenda to prepare for the January HL7 Connectathon
